Chelco VAT Ltd Managing Director, Alexis Tsielepis, will be delivering an ECJ Court Cases course in Barcelona from 3 October to 7 October 2022.

The five-day module is offered by the Belgium-based international partnership of indirect tax specialists, VAT Forum, as part of its acclaimed EU VAT Expert degree 2022-2023 but it can also be independently attended by individuals wishing to simply enrich their knowledge of European Court of Justice VAT cases.

Tsielepis will discuss and analyse 50 important ECJ cases covering the chapters of the VAT Directive, helping participants to interpret the conclusion of a decision of the European Court correctly.
