Limassol – Maria Christodoulou has managed to raise €600 in the Chelco VAT Ltd Weight Challenge fundraiser and donated the money to a charity at Polemidhia that helps families in need.

The Chelco Weight Challenge – Just for the Health of It! campaign was open to staff of Chelco VAT Ltd and friends who set off to lose weight through company-sponsored exercise sessions, health seminars and motivational speeches.

Maria, a lawyer by profession, managed to lose the most kilos in the fundraiser, a respectable 11 kg. A total of 120 kg were collectively lost from all participants and Chelco VAT contributed €5 for each kilo.
